Who is responsible for this app
The developer publishes and supports this pharmacy app. Pharmacy services and prescription records are provided by the pharmacy selected in the app. Questions about this policy can be sent to the privacy contact.
Information the app may process
The app may process information that you provide or generate when using its features, including:
- Patient or pharmacy account identifiers, such as a card or account number.
- Credentials used to authenticate with the pharmacy system. Passwords and PINs should always be kept confidential.
- Prescription numbers, refill requests, selected pharmacy locations, and related pharmacy-service information.
- Contact information that you choose to provide.
- A device notification token when notifications are enabled.
- Location information only when you grant permission and use a location-based feature such as finding a nearby pharmacy.
- Technical information needed for security, diagnostics, and reliable operation, such as app version, device type, and error information.
How information is used
Information is processed only as needed to:
- Authenticate patients and connect them with the appropriate pharmacy system.
- Retrieve eligible prescription information and submit refill requests.
- Display pharmacy locations, hours, and contact details.
- Deliver requested notifications and important service messages.
- Protect the app, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and provide support.

Information stored on your device
If you enable a feature such as “Remember me,” the app may store an account or card identifier on your device. You can disable that feature, sign out, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored app information. Do not share your account number, PIN, or password with unauthorized persons.
Location and notifications
Location access is optional and is used only when you request a location-based feature. Notification permission is also optional. You can change either permission at any time in your device settings.
When information is shared
Information may be shared only with:
- The pharmacy you select and its authorized pharmacy systems.
- Service providers that operate, secure, host, diagnose, or support the app and its pharmacy connections.
- Regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when disclosure is required by law.
Personal information and prescription information are not sold. They are not used for unrelated third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide pharmacy services, maintain security, resolve support issues, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Pharmacies may be legally required to retain certain prescription and patient records even after a deletion request.

Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect information. Data transmitted between the app and pharmacy systems is protected using encrypted connections. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their devices and login credentials.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for pharmacy patients and authorized caregivers. It is not directed to children for advertising or independent account creation. A parent or legal guardian should manage pharmacy services for a minor where required.
